This is a neighborhood walking tour, and yes we go in houses!

Here’s how it works

• Meet at a local coffee shop (group of up to 10).

• Meet Julie, who will show you around the cutest streets and local spots, and learn some of the history of the neighborhood.

• Walk to first house. We go in! Explore, wear shoe coverings.

• Walk, discuss price points in the neighborhood go into another home. Rinse and repeat until we have seen 3-4 homes.

• Wrap up . This will be about 90 minutes planned total time.
