#JulieToursPhilly is a small-group neighborhood walk hosted by Julie Froelich of the Philly Home Collective

team at Compass, designed to introduce potential buyers to active listings while showcasing and

introducing them to the architecture and character that make each neighborhood unique.

Think of it as a curated, low-pressure buyer experience, not an open house caravan.

What Happens During the Tour?

8–10 registered attendees max

Meet at a local coffee shop

Walk to 3–4 active listings within the neighborhood

10–15 minutes inside each property

Light filming for social media content (details below)

Shoes removed or booties worn as required
